Slow Flow Vinyasa

60 Minutes; Warm; All Levels Welcome, beginner friendly

Yoga Factory's slow flow class weaves together breath and movement through a calm, focused flow practice. While this class is a slower pace than regular Vinyasa, it will still challenge and inspire you to deepen your practice, preparing students for inversions. This class is suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Though the pacing and postures may feel challenging, this is the class where you will learn how to approach each posture with emphasis on form, strength building and stamina. Taught in a warm room. 

HOT Yoga

90, 75 or 60 Minutes; Hot; All Levels Welcome, beginner friendly

The traditional hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room.  Popular world-wide, this highly therapeutic class is practiced by celebrities, athletes, and millions of people of all shapes and sizes. This class is challenging, but highly effective and ideal for all levels.  Beginners are always welcome.

A 60-minute beginner's class; BUTI's signature movements fuse yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Derived from the Marathi word “buti,” meaning “the cure to something hidden or kept secret,” our goal is to guide students through movement and wellness that supports the spirit, transforming lives from the inside-out.

 Our Vinyasa Power Hour is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. This type of yoga is taught in a slightly heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. Our intention is for students to leave class stabilized, strengthened, enlivened, and nurtured.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced and meditative yoga style that works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. The yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. Practicing this way helps to target deeper connective tissues and enter a meditative headspace. 


45 Minutes; Warm; All Levels Welcome

A 45-minute class designed for all levels, YFHIIT is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using plyometrics and yoga postures. HIIT training has been scientifically proven to burn maximum fat while building lean muscle mass due to its effect on EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) also referred to as “afterburn.”


45 Minutes; Meditation; All Levels Welcome, beginner friendly

A 45 minute mixed format including guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, sound work, breathing techniques and mantra.
