Why I teach: Yoga is for everyone — old, young, stiff and supple.  One class can serve all levels from experts to novice, from athletes to non-athletes.  I love helping others feel good and to find their own “yoga experience.” 

Why I practice:  I turned to yoga when running  (my thing) got too painful.  Oh how I wish I'd started earlier, the benefits transcend those of running.  My “yoga experience” is amazing and sustainable. I’m stronger and my balance and flexibility are renewed and still improving.  

Hot Yoga:  Hot yoga is the closest thing I’ve found to a runner’s high but no pounding and no residual stiffness!   My favorite yoga class is hot 90 minutes 26-2, lots of hard work, therapeutic heat, and plenty of Savasana!  What's not to love about that?
