In both Hands to Feet Pose (Padahastasana) and Separate Leg Stretching Pose (Dandayamana Bibhaktipada Paschimottanasana) you need to keep the weight forward in your toes in order to avoid overstretching the hamstrings. Check out the demos of these two postures to make sure you’re practicing with optimal form to maximize your stretch!
