Have you wanted to enjoy the benefits of inversions but are unsure of where to start? To build confidence and work in the direction of upside down time, we must find a balance between strength, openness and self-trust. In this all-level inversions workshop we will take a more in-depth look into the techniques and the steps to take to achieve inversions and back bends.
All postures will be given modifications when needed, so the workshop will meet you where you are in your practice.
